Compassionate, comfort-oriented care
We know every person and family have different needs. Our skilled and compassionate team listens to you and can help you navigate end-of-life care. We also help meet spiritual and emotional needs for your loved one and family.
Our hospice nurses have received special certifications in hospice and palliative care. This extra training enables them to follow best practices and provide the highest quality care for your loved one.
Hospice services
The goal of hospice is to minimize pain and discomfort while maintaining quality of life for people with a terminal illness. Our team offers in-home hospice care for adults and children, including delivery of medication, medical supplies and equipment. We can also provide hospice care in the hospital, assisted living facility or nursing home.
Our team focuses on your loved one’s comfort by controlling their pain and managing symptoms. Home health aides assist with bathing and other personal care needs. They can also teach you how to care for your loved one’s basic needs and maintain a safe, healthy environment.
Our social workers offer counseling, assist with paperwork and connect you to helpful community resources. We also provide respite care and grief support for family members and spiritual support for people of all faiths and beliefs.
