Wound care

Specialized, full-spectrum wound care

At Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic, we’re here to help with your wound care needs by providing specialized, comprehensive treatment to help wounds heal. Trust our team to deliver exceptional, individualized care with warmth and compassion.

We provide wound care services to patients in the hospital, clinic, at home or in hospice care. From preventive counseling to specialized dressings and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, we’re here with a range of effective treatments.

Conditions we treat with wound care

We focus on managing nonhealing wounds, assessing every factor that affects your recovery. Conditions we treat include:

  • Osteomyelitis (bone infections)
  • Pressure ulcers
  • Traumatic injuries

Specialized wound treatments

Your wound care treatment may involve preventive care, education, inpatient management or outpatient therapies. Our team provides hyperbaric oxygen therapy, an innovative treatment that involves breathing 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber to speed healing.

Certified ostomy nurses provide expert care for people with a colostomy, ileostomy, urostomy, urinary diversion, fistula or tubes. We help you adjust to lifestyle changes so you can be as active and independent as possible.
