Heyman HospiceCare Ranked in the Top 10 for Kidney Failure Care

Heyman HospiceCare Ranked in the Top 10 for Kidney Failure Care.

Heyman HospiceCare at Floyd has been named one of the Top 10 most experienced hospices in Georgia for its care of individuals with renal (kidney) failure.

The recognition was given by Dexur, a data-driven hospital and health care news and research service, after it analyzed Medicare claims from January 2016 to December 2018.

“What this means for patients and families is that they can have confidence in the level of experience and expertise that the Heyman HospiceCare team has in providing care to patients who have end-stage renal disease and the needs that are particular to renal failure,” said Casey Blankenship, Program Director for Heyman HospiceCare at Floyd.
