Dr. Henaro Sabino Now Seeing Patients at Harbin Clinic Ansley Park Pediatrics

A familiar smile and contagious laugh has greeted young Harbin Clinic patients in Rome and Cartersville for years. And now Dr. Henaro Sabino, a Harbin Clinic Pediatrician, will begin seeing patients at another facility in Rome, Harbin Clinic Ansley Park Pediatrics, on Wednesdays and Fridays starting January 3rd.

Before finding his passion in medicine, Dr. Sabino knew he wanted to work with children. While working three jobs in college, he volunteered at a local YMCA and experienced the joy children could bring even on the most exhausting days.

“I realized that regardless of how sleep deprived I was, when I was there with the kids there was always an extra burst of energy,” explains Dr. Sabino.

He has been practicing at Harbin Clinic since 2014 and serves both the Rome and Cartersville communities as a pediatrician and cardiologist.

“My job is so unique,” describes Dr. Sabino. “Not many occupations allow you to connect with the families that make up your community. I value the level of trust patients put in me to keep them healthy and thriving.”

Dr. Sabino will work alongside longtime friend and fellow medical student Dr. Melissa Davis, a Harbin Clinic Pediatrician. The physicians at Ansley Park Pediatrics offer primary care services for infants, children and adolescents through age 18. Their promise is to provide excellent health care and outstanding services by establishing ongoing relationships with patients and their families.

“The care of a child is truly a joint effort,” explains Dr. Sabino. “I’m privileged to collaborate with fellow physicians and learn from my patients and their parents. I’m excited to work in this cooperative environment where the practice of medicine and keeping our children healthy and happy is so fulfilling.”

Dr. Sabino received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, Ga. where he also completed his residency in General Pediatrics and fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology. He resides in Rome with his wife and four children and enjoys spending his free time in the outdoors with his family.

“I don’t have much alone time,” he laughed. “But as a family we enjoy camping, hiking, and canoeing. My wife and I have also started playing tennis through the Harbin Clinic employee wellness program, HarbinSTRONG.”

Dr. Sabino will see patients at Ansley Park Pediatrics on Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:15 a.m. to 4 p.m.
