ROME, Ga., Jan. 16, 2024 – Dr. Stacey A. Parker is now seeing patients of all ages at Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Family Medicine in Rockmart.

“The good thing about seeing a doctor who sees patients of all ages is you never have to change doctors," Parker said. She said she is motivated by her desire to take care of people, and her love of science.

She also prides herself on being a good listener. “I really enjoy the patient-physician relationship and taking care of people during healthy and difficult times," Parker said.

She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She completed the family medicine residency program and an internship in obstetrics and gynecology at Atlanta Medical Center.

Parker earned her Bachelor of Science in biology from Kennesaw State University. She received her Master of Science in microbiology from Georgia State University in Atlanta.

She is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Medical Association, the Medical Association of Georgia and the Cobb County Medical Society.

Parker is also an avid gardener and enjoys cooking.
