Diabetes tests and treatments
To diagnose diabetes, our specialists may recommend a blood test or oral glucose tolerance test to check your blood glucose levels. If your tests show you have diabetes, we can help you manage your condition. Your treatment plan may include medication and guidance on how to modify your diet, exercise and lifestyle habits to improve your health.
If you need insulin therapy, you have options. You may choose to give yourself multiple daily injections or use an insulin pump. You can also wear a continuous glucose monitor to track your glucose (blood sugar) levels and help you manage diabetes. We can help you decide which treatment is right for you and teach you how to use these devices.
