Paperless billing

At Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic, we're always looking for ways to make our services easier and more efficient. That's why we're moving to paperless billing.

With paperless billing, you won't receive statements by mail. Instead, you'll receive a notification via text, email or both that a new statement is ready in your MyAtriumHealth account. When you sign in to your account, you can review your statement and pay your bill online.

If you prefer, you can still receive paper statements by updating your settings in your MyAtriumHealth account. Please call 844-440-6536 if you need help or have questions.

Why switch to paperless billing?

Paperless billing offers increased security and has many other benefits, including:

  • Ability to receive billing statements when you’re away from home
  • Ease of paying online without having to write a check and mail an envelope
  • Less paper waste
  • No worries about lost or misdelivered mail

Our MyAtriumHealth patient portal makes it easy to manage your medical payments and health care on the go. We offer two ways to set up and access your account:

  • Download the MyAtriumHealth app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Once the app is downloaded, open it and create your account.

Frequently asked questions

Depending on which notifications you have turned on, you’ll receive a text message, email or both letting you know that your statement is available. You’ll also see a “pay now” button with a secure link to view and pay your bill.

You can choose to receive a text message, email or both. To set your communication preferences:

  • From Your Menu, go to Communication Preferences
  • Expand the Billing & Payments list
  • Click the checkbox next to each method as needed (a teal icon means notifications are turned on; gray means notifications are turned off)
  • Adjust each of your preferred method(s) of communication
  • Select Save Changes

To receive paper statements:

  • Click on Your Menu
  • In the menu, click Billing Summary
  • Click Paperless Preferences
  • Click the digital switch next to Paperless Billing to off
  • Tap Save Changes to go back to the Billing Summary page

If your child is under 18 and you are responsible for their account, you will receive the statement. Anyone 18 and over will receive their statements directly.

Sign in to MyAtriumHealth or create an account. In the menu, click Billing Summary. Click View Last Statement.
