Purchase a Knowledge is Power T-shirt to support breast health awareness efforts and Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center The Breast Center.

T-shirts are $20 each. Sizes available are adult small - 3XL.

Pre-sale Event for Teammates, Through Sept. 22

The pre-sale event for teammates runs through Sept. 22. T-shirts ordered by this date will be delivered to your department the week of Sept. 29 - Oct. 3.

Reminder: In the T-shirt size field on the Order Form, be sure t o enter your department name, location and manager's name so it is clear where to deliver your T-shirt(s).

After the Pre-Sale Event for Teammates, Sept. 23 - Oct. 31

The pre-sale event for teammates runs through Sept. 22. T-shirts ordered by this date will be delivered to your department the week of Sept. 29 - Oct. 3.

T-shirts may be ordered (while supplies last) but will need to be picked up at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center The Breast Center in Rome between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Monday – Friday.

To purchase one T-shirt:

• Select the (1) T-shirt $20 button on the order form.

To purchase more than one T-shirt:

• Choose the Other button on the order form. List the total cost of the T-shirts you are purchasing.
