Rome City Schools
Focusing on the wellness of students & staff
We’re honored to provide health care services for schools in the Rome City School District. Through our partnership with the school district, we stay true to our mission of being responsive to the health care needs in our community.
Rome High School Clinic
Our full-service primary care clinic on the Rome High School campus offers parents convenience and peace of mind, knowing their children can receive quality medical care where and when it’s needed. Through wellness visits, vaccines and urgent care visits, the clinic is available to students, faculty and staff.
School nurses
As students settle into their daily routines, our school nurses will also assist those who take medications and offer advice to families about health care issues. In the event of an emergency, they are also available to help ensure the safety of students. Meet the school nurses for schools in the district.
Athletic trainers
At Rome High School, our athletic trainers work to prevent students from getting hurt and can help an injured athlete get back into the game.
Virtual doctor visits
Students, faculty members and staff of Main Elementary School, Rome Middle School and West End Elementary School can conveniently see a provider using video chat without leaving school. Most sick visits as well as disease management appointments are eligible for virtual doctor visits. Learn more about virtual visits.
Too sick for school?
Deciding when your child is too sick to go to school can be difficult. We provide guidelines on when your child should stay home.
