Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic primary care is making it easier for you to see a doctor, and you won’t need to leave the comfort of your home or office. Virtual visits are now available at all Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic primary care offices, allowing patients to use secure video conferencing for most appointments.

Access is easy. Using a mobile device or computer with video capabilities you will be able to see and talk with your in-person health care professional in real time.

How virtual care works

Schedule a visit

Call your primary care office to schedule a virtual visit. Providers will evaluate the health care need and may recommend an in-person visit to ensure appropriate care is provided.

Check your email or text

When making your appointment, the office staff will send more details to you about how you’ll receive visit information.

Connect securely

On the day of your appointment you’ll join the video conference call at your scheduled time by clicking the meeting link sent to you.
