Quality care you can trust

High-quality health care is safe, effective and patient-centered. It requires coordination, efficiency and timely delivery.

At Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic, our focus on quality helps us deliver the best possible outcomes for patients. These efforts have been widely recognized by organizations that oversee the health care industry. Our numerous recognitions and awards are just one reason families across northwest Georgia and northeast Alabama trust us for their care.

Accreditations from The Joint Commission

Accreditations require hospitals, clinics and physicians to evaluate their processes and outcomes with a goal of improving the quality of care. The Joint Commission is a leading health care accrediting organization that sets the highest standards in patient safety and care.

Patient safety

We continually work to improve patient safety. Initiatives we’ve developed range from ensuring proper patient identification and preventing infections to promoting open communication at all levels of care.

Patient satisfaction

How patients feel about their care is important to us. Our advisory councils listen to the concerns of the community, patients and families to improve the patient experience. We also survey patients routinely to assess their satisfaction with our services.
