Our family medicine providers are dedicated to protecting your health. The cornerstone of family medicine is an ongoing, personal relationship between you and your provider.

At Atrium Health Floyd and Harbin Clinic, our primary care team includes family medicine doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. From preventive health screenings and checkups to chronic disease management, we guide you and your family through all of life’s stages.

Family medicine tests and treatments

We offer preventive services for adults and children, including health screenings, physical exams, flu shots and other immunizations. Our providers can prescribe medications for acute and chronic conditions, perform well-woman exams and treat minor cuts, scrapes, burns and sprains. If you need care from a specialist, your primary care provider will guide you and coordinate all aspects of your care.
